The team from South Africa including Terence, Dave, and Michelle — travelled to the United States to deepen their mentorship journey by attending an event hosted by TGA, an organization founded by Jose & Marlene Gaytan under PHP Agency. They were warmly welcomed with exceptional hospitality and were introduced to several influential leaders mentored by Jose and Marlene, including Hector & Erika Del Toro, Annel & Javier Castro, Christian & Flor Orellana, Ricardo & Erika Aguilar, Alejandro Aguilar, Polet & Sia Sabetimani, and Victor & Tania Zaldo. Their powerful storytelling, mentorship, and leadership insights played a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of our journey. The visit also included tours of their offices, offering valuable exposure to their operational excellence.

He developed and launched the Northern Wolves Training Academy (TNWTA). An online platform designed to educate and empower individuals from all walks of life.

February 2024

Terence officially registered The Northern Wolves (Pty) Ltd with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and assumed the role of CEO, marking the formal launch of our mission.

December 2024

Terence successfully passed his Key Individual exam. With the birth of his son, Aroryn Nate Pillay, he made the pivotal decision to part ways with the previous financial organization he was a part of. Drawing on his IT knowledge, he began developing proprietary systems and laid the groundwork to establish his own Financial Services Provider (FSP).

March 2025

Terence formally submitted the application for the company’s FSP license to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa.

May 2025

The Northern Wolves (Pty) Ltd proudly received its official FSP license (FSP No: 54946). A landmark achievement that underscores our unwavering commitment to professionalism, integrity, and excellence in the financial services industry.

June 2025

He then diligently arranged and finalized the organization’s contracts, ensuring specialization in key areas. This meticulous preparation culminated in the official launch of The Northern Wolves on the 1st August 2025, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
